Sophora Engine 7 of 8
My Story
The doctor asks: how have you been? Three months of broken sleep. Two weeks where the fog lifted. A month where your joints ached every morning. A week where everything seemed fine and then was not. You say: not great, I think. My Story is where all of that actually lives, placed in order, so you can see it and so can the people trying to help you.
What it does
My Story is a timeline view that draws from everything you have logged in Sophora and places it in sequence. Check-ins, symptom logs, journal entries, reflections. Shown across time, so you can see what has been happening, what has shifted, and what has stayed the same.
The connections invisible from inside a difficult month become visible when you look at three months at once. My Story does not interpret those connections clinically, but it shows you the record so you can.
What My Story gives you
On the shareable report
The health report is generated at your request and shared only at your instruction. You decide what is included. You can withdraw it at any time. It is a tool for your conversations with clinicians, not a record being held about you.
Who this is for
Women who feel like they are losing the thread of what has been happening to them. Women who go to an appointment and cannot remember what the last three months looked like under pressure. Women who want to know whether what they are doing is making a measurable difference over time. Women who are tired of summarising three months of their body in forty seconds and getting it wrong.
Sophora
My Story is one of eight engines inside Sophora. The more you log across Hormone Map and Private Journal, the richer the picture My Story can show you.
