- Never used to train public AI models
- Account-bound and private
- One payment. No subscription. No data trade.

This Privacy Policy applies to mysophora.com and the Sophora application. When we say “Sophora,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean the company operating mysophora.com.
2. What information we collect
We collect only what is needed to provide Sophora’s features to you.
Information you give us directly:

We do not collect more than we need. We do not run behavioural advertising trackers. We do not build profiles of you for commercial purposes beyond operating your Sophora account.
3. What we do with your information
Your information is used to do one thing: provide Sophora to you.
Specifically, we use your information to:

What we never do with your information:
We do not sell your data. We do not use your health information for advertising, either on Sophora or on any other platform. We do not share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers. We do not use what you share inside Sophora to train public AI models. What you share stays in your account.
4. AI and your health data
Sophora uses AI to generate your Hormone Map, Symptom Decoder outputs, and other personalised features. This AI processes what you share in order to give you a response that reflects your specific situation.
Your data is never used to train public AI models. What you share with Sophora is used to generate your outputs, and your outputs alone. It does not become part of any shared training dataset, public model, or third-party AI system.
Sophora is not a medical device. The information Sophora provides is for personal understanding and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.
5. Who we share your information with
We do not sell your information to anyone. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service providers: We work with a small number of trusted third-party providers who help us operate Sophora, including cloud hosting, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers access only the data needed to perform their specific function and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
Payment processing: Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details. Your payment information is governed by that processor’s own privacy policy.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Sophora, our users, or others.
Business transfers: If Sophora is acquired by or merged with another company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Outside these specific circumstances, your information does not leave Sophora. It is not sold, licensed, rented, or traded to any third party for any commercial purpose.
6. Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure servers with access controls, encryption in transit and at rest, and regular security reviews. We take the security of health information seriously and apply protections appropriate to the sensitivity of what you share.
No system is completely immune to security risks. If a breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. How long we keep your information
We keep your information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and health data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain certain records for a longer period.
Anonymised, non-identifiable usage data may be retained for longer periods to help us understand how Sophora is used and improve the product.

You have meaningful control over your information. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete information

Sophora uses only the cookies necessary to keep your account session active and the app functioning correctly. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioural analytics tools that build profiles of your activity for commercial purposes.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though doing so may affect your ability to log in to your account.
10. Children
