Sophora Engine 6 of 8
Private Journal
Your partner has heard enough. Your best friend is trying to be helpful but does not quite get it. Your doctor has seven minutes. Sometimes what you need is somewhere to put it down that is not going to require you to manage anyone else’s reaction to it. That is Private Journal.
What it does
A space for your own words, without structure or analysis unless you ask. Write what happened. Write how you feel. Write the thing you cannot say out loud yet. There is no prompt, no format, and no one on the other side reading it unless you ask Sophora to engage with what you have written.
Entries can be linked to specific symptoms, days, or periods of time if you want to find them later, or left free-standing. You decide the structure, or you decide there is no structure.
What you can do here
On privacy
Private Journal entries are yours and only yours. Account-bound. Not used to train models. Not shared. Not accessible to anyone outside your account. If you are working through a difficult period, this is the place to do that. Nothing stored. Nothing shared. Nothing used for any purpose other than being the space where you put it.
Who this is for
Women who are still working out what they think and feel about what perimenopause is doing. Women who process things in writing before they can say them out loud. Women who want a record of what has actually been happening, held somewhere private, that is not going to be turned into data about them. And women who simply need somewhere to put it down that is not someone else’s ears.
